Best time to visit
Dooars can be visited at any time of the year. The monsoon months are especially attractive as the forests are at their greenest best. Bear in mind that between Mid June and Mid September the forest safaris are closed and visits inside the forest are not possible. The winter months between November and March witness maximum tourist visits in Dooars. Costs are higher during this period and you may have to share the watchtower with many others.
Cost of this tour
The cost of a tour depends on factors such as group size (number of persons in the group), meal plan (whether your food will be included or not), vehicle used (you can use an Innova or a Sumo for example) and accommodation type (Budget hotel or Luxury resort?).
