How to Reach Lolegaon?

By Air:

• The nearest airport is Bagdogra (IXB), 125 km away. From here, you can hire a car to Lolegaon.

By Train:

• The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), about 120 km from Lolegaon.

By Road:

• You can hire a taxi or take a shared jeep from Kalimpong, Lava, or Siliguri. The drive through the hills is scenic, making the journey as enjoyable as the destination itself.

A new road is being constructed through Bagrakot in Dooars that would make Lolegaon easily accessible. At the time of writing this article in mid-2025, the road was operational but not officially inaugurated as work was also going on. Once fully operational, Lolegaon may become just a 1.5-hour drive away from NJP / Bagdogra.
