Monsoons (June-September) should be avoided as the roads become slippery and difficult to navigate.


How to Reach Rishyap

Rishyap is accessible via Kalimpong (28 km) and Lava (10 km). The last few kilometers to Rishyap are rough, and low-ground-clearance vehicles are not recommended for this stretch.
